Why Aqeeq is treasured
Aqeeq — known in the West as agate or carnelian — has been worn for well over a thousand years across the Islamic world. It is famously associated with the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the household of the Ahl al-Bayt, and has been passed down as a stone of protection, calm and blessing.
Every piece we sell is a natural, single-origin stone — cut and polished by hand in our Gujranwala workshop. No dyes, no glass, no synthetic fillers. You are buying the same kind of stone that jewellers, collectors and traditional wearers have valued for generations.
A stone, not a promise
- Photograph of the exact stone. You receive the stone you saw — never a "similar" swap.
- Origin stated honestly. Yemeni, Ethiopian (Habsha), Sulemani or Pakistani — no misleading labels.
- Size in millimetres. Every listing states the exact size so your jeweller can set it cleanly.
- 14-day return window. Not what you expected? Send it back within 14 days of delivery.
Yemeni for depth of red, Sulemani for banded black-and-white, Habashi for dark browns, Kaghazi for translucent layers, and more.
Common ring sizes range from 8×10 mm up to 14×18 mm. Larger stones suit pendants or statement rings.
