These terms govern your use of Sufi Aqeeq Stone and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Products

Every stone listed on the site is a natural, one-of-a-kind piece. Photographs are taken of the actual stone you receive under natural daylight; slight variations in colour rendering between monitors and phones are normal and are not grounds for return on their own. All measurements are hand-taken and accurate within ±0.3 mm.

We sell loose stones only. We do not sell finished jewellery, ring mounts, or certificates of grading from third-party laboratories.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with a USD conversion for reference. The PKR price is authoritative — the USD figure updates from a public exchange rate and is provided for convenience only. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Placing an order

An order becomes a binding contract only once we confirm dispatch by email or WhatsApp. Until dispatch we may cancel and refund an order — for example, if a stone was double-booked or found to have a hidden fault during final inspection.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery is available for orders inside Pakistan only. Payment is collected in full by the courier at delivery.
• Bank transfer is used for all other orders, including international. Bank details are shared after you place the order. Stones are reserved for you for 48 hours pending payment.
• We do not accept card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency at this time.

Shipping

Domestic Pakistan orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 2–4 days. International orders are shipped by tracked post and typically arrive in about two weeks depending on destination customs. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Returns

You may return a stone within 14 days of delivery if it is in its original, unmounted condition. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the stone. Full conditions are on our Returns page.

Authenticity

Every stone we sell is guaranteed to be natural Aqeeq, correctly described by origin and variety. If independent laboratory testing ever shows otherwise, we will refund the purchase in full and cover reasonable testing costs on production of the report.

Intellectual property

All photography, text and design on this site is the property of Sufi Aqeeq Stone. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a stone is limited to the amount you paid for that stone. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or opportunity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujranwala.
