How do I know your Aqeeq stones are real and not dyed?

Every stone is hand-checked in Gujranwala before listing. We look for natural banding, temperature response (real agate is cool to the touch), edge finish, and colour distribution. We only list stones sourced through trusted trade channels — we never buy blind stock. If you want extra reassurance, we can share high-resolution photos on WhatsApp before you purchase.

How are stone weight and size measured?

Weight is measured in carats (1 carat = 0.2 grams) using a jeweller's scale. Size is measured in millimetres — for example 14×10 mm means 14 mm long by 10 mm wide. Both are listed on every product page.

How long does shipping take?

Inside Pakistan: typically 2–4 working days via TCS or Leopards. Internationally: approximately 2 weeks depending on customs. Tracking is provided for every order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes — COD is available for every order shipped inside Pakistan. International orders are settled via bank transfer.

Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only) and Bank Transfer (Pakistan and international). We do not currently accept credit cards or PayPal.

How should I care for my Aqeeq stone?

Accepted Answer

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and prolonged water exposure. Store separately to prevent scratches from harder gems.
