Return window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Simply WhatsApp us the order number and a short note.

Conditions

• The stone must be in its original condition — unmounted, unpolished by anyone else, and undamaged.
• Original packaging (pouch and box) should be returned where possible.
• Return shipping is at the buyer's cost, unless the stone was received damaged or was misrepresented.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving the return. Pakistan refunds go via bank transfer or JazzCash. International refunds are made via the original bank transfer channel.

Authenticity disputes

If you believe a stone we sent is not natural Aqeeq, contact us within the return window. We will either arrange independent third-party lab verification at our cost or accept the return and refund in full — your choice.
